Introducing Sheppard East Village
Sheppard East Village Business Improvement Area (SEV BIA) - all of the businesses and professional offices conveniently located on or near Sheppard Avenue East, between Midland Avenue and Markham Road.
Sheppard East Village is a few short blocks from Highway 401 — with access from Markham, McCowan and (eastbound) Brimley Road exits — and has wide, accessible roads and lots of free parking throughout the area. Sheppard East Village is served by 5 TTC buses — on Markham, McCowan, Brimley and Midland, as well as Sheppard East buses that provide direct service from the Don Mills Subway station. Midland, Brimley and McCowan buses are only a few stops from the Scarborough Rapid Transit that provides quick, direct service from the Kennedy station on the Bloor—Danforth Subway line.
Our business area is located in the north-east section of Toronto and is near a number of schools, community centres, sport and cultural facilities, places of worship, and several residential communities.
