SEV BIA meets with TTC about LRT
TTC officials met recently with the Sheppard East Village board to discuss their plans and to obtain our input about the first of their proposed new Light Rail Transit (LRT) lines – that will run along Sheppard Avenue East, through our BIA area.
This new LRT will link Sheppard East Village with the Sheppard Subway and will provide easy access to our BIA from Don Mills to Morningside.

New TTC LRT
Streetscape improvements in Sheppard East Village will be timed to coordinate with plans for the new Sheppard East Light Rapid Transit line that are now being developed by the TTC and the City. Ours will be the first of seven new LRT lines that the TTC plans to construct in former suburbs, as part of its Transit City initiative.
